playing hooky
Sunday, unaware that I was in the middle of a crazy five day fever , I got an invitation for the following day to play hooky at Fig. 19, a super swanky bar attached to a contemporary art gallery in New York City. In honor of Little Peggy Ann McKay, Tito’s Handmade Vodka was sponsoring an afternoon Bloody Mary bar. I couldn’t turn it down.
It was an elaborate scheme to trek to the city for a chance to spend just a few hours being out there in the middle of the action…. and also to revisit one of my favorite masks which is home at Fig. 19.
1.) Grabbed some masks and headed for the train.
2.) Cacoona and the Peacock at Fig. 19.
3.)White Stag Pup peeking around the top shelf Tequila.

After putting so much time into creating the pieces for The Berkshire Museum, I put down my crochet hook for a little time.
